WHY I built this

For years, I kept seeing the same tension in hospitality: creativity is celebrated, but structure is often neglected.

That gap shows up everywhere — in bar operations that feel heavier than they should, in teams that rely too much on one person, in guest experiences that look polished but feel interchangeable, and in education that inspires without changing execution.

This work exists to close that gap.

I am Dada

Greetings!

I bring over 17 years of operational hospitality experience across bars, restaurants, leadership, training, and concept development.

My perspective has been shaped by Michelin-level standards, multicultural experience, and a practical obsession with how excellence actually holds up in real service.

Mohamed Dada Daoud is the umbrella. Liquid Cooking is the core. This site brings together the different ways that philosophy is applied.
